Shipping

• Free shipping on orders of $40 or more.
• Orders under $40 ship via UPS, with rates calculated at checkout.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Returns

• You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• To start a return, email hoopherclothing@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return can't be accepted.
• Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at hoopherclothing@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
